Every day brings more troubling news from Teheran. Iran continues to meddle in Iraq and flout the will of the International Atomic Energy Agency. The 9/11 Commission reports Iran may have harbored Al Qaeda suspects. How should the United States respond? The Bush administration has enshrined "regime change" in official policy, but is that really American policy? The Kerry campaign promises to pursue "engagement." Will it work?

To answer these and other questions, the Honorable John Bolton, Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, and a panel of distinguished Iran experts will offer their reflections. The panel will feature a keynote address by Undersecretary Bolton followed by a discussion with:
