The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association is holding a Transportation Improvement Forum, March 19 - 21, 2006 in Santa Monica, California. The Hudson Institute is a co-sponsor of this event.

The goal of this two-day Forum is to promote innovative ideas to solve the most critical problems in surface transportation in the U.S. and articulate a coherent vision for an effective, productive, well-funded surface transportation system across modes.  

Building on the July 2005 Future Forum and three successful Transportation Finance Summits, the IBTTA hopes to drive positive change in surface transportation policy at every level of government by bringing together the best minds from a broad array of stakeholders: government, infrastructure owners and operators, highway users, and the financial community.
