Paris, France November 1 – 3, 2006, Center director Dr. Carol Adelman and research fellow Karina Rollins participated in discussions and planning for the “Lilly MDR-TB Partnership”—a $70 million international philanthropic initiative to fight the growing threat of multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis in developing countries. These meetings and conferences were held in conjunction with the annual conference of the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease in Paris.
