Carol Adelman presented the findings published in the Index of Global Philanthropy 2007 at the Council on Foundation’s annual conference in Seattle, Washington. The conference was attended by over 1,500 representatives from U.S. philanthropic organizations. Dr. Adelman’s session, U.S. International Giving: How Generous Are We Compared to Other Countries? was well-received by the U.S. philanthropic community and was published in the annual conference electronic summary of all presentations.
