Judge Baker will provide an overview of the mission and responsibilities of the Office of Legal Advisor, as well as the current and future role of lawyers generally within the National Security Council system. In addition, he will outline the most pressing issues related to the National Security Council structure and process facing the upcoming presidential transition teams. The audience is invited to participate.
