Hudson Institute Mourns the Loss of Margaret Thatcher

Hudson Institute

Hudson Institute mourns the loss of former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Baroness Margaret Thatcher, a historic leader and heroic defender of liberty who was a longtime friend of Hudson Institute.  Numerous Hudson colleagues, past and present, were among her collaborators and advisors, including Senior Fellow and  Director of Economic Policy Studies Irwin Stelzer.

Hudson, moreover, was, for numerous years, the home of the Lady Thatcher Weekend, a conference the former Prime Minister convened annually in the U.K. and the United States for a select group of noted public intellectuals.

She will be sorely missed.
