Benjamin Haddad

Research Fellow

Benjamin Haddad is a research fellow at Hudson Institute specializing in European and transatlantic affairs. His work has mostly focused on the future of the European Union, US foreign policy towards Europe, domestic European politics, the rise of populism and Islamism in European societies, and Russian influence.

He is also a frequent analyst for French policymakers and media on US politics and foreign policy.

His work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The American Interest, Foreign Policy, Daily Beast, The Hill, Le Monde, and L’Opinion. He has been quoted in the Washington Post, New York Times, Le Figaro, and Le Monde.

He is a regular guest on CNN, Fox News, C-SPAN, BFM TV, I-Tele, France 24, Voice of America, RFI, France Culture, Europe 1, etc. He is a weekly correspondent on a French Canadian TV show, 24/60 on CBC’s news channel RDI, in which he discusses U.S. politics.

He holds an MA in international security from Sciences Po Paris and an MA in economics from HEC, and has lectured in international affairs at Sciences Po Paris.
