Thomas Keelan

Research Associate and Project Manager

Thomas Keelan is a Research Associate and Project Manager at Hudson Institute, working on the role of emerging technologies in grand strategy and national security. His research focuses on how to improve institutional decision-making regarding cloud computing, AI and quantum computing. Previously at Hudson he co-authored a book-length report with Senior Vice President Lewis Libby on how to create successful grand strategy for the Department of Defense. He holds a dual B.A. in English Literature and Classics, magna cum laude from Brown University. Before Hudson, Thomas worked and interned for South Africa’s primary opposition party, a New York economic think tank, and a Hong Kong-based multinational.
