Biography

Mary Frances Devlin was a research associate at Hudson Institute. Prior to Hudson, she was a postgraduate fellow with the Center for Citizenship and Constitutional Government at the University of Notre Dame. Her writing has been published in the American Conservative, the National Catholic Register, the American Spectator, Law and Liberty, Public Discourse, and The Federalist, among other publications. She was a 2022 Publius fellow with the Claremont Institute. She holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame, where she majored in the Program of Liberal Studies with minors in theology and constitutional studies.
