Hari Prasad

Research Assistant

Hari Prasad is a Research Assistant working for Eric Brown. He earned his Master’s degree from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs where he focused on Middle Eastern/South Asian Politics and Security and wrote his thesis on the effects that pro-government militias had on Indian COIN campaigns. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University where he doubled major in International Affairs and Economics. He had previously interned and worked at the State Department, Marquette’s Center for Peacemaking, the Hudson Institute, the United States Institute of Peace, and taught English in the West Bank.
