WASHINGTON—Hudson Institute announced today the addition of Vice President Dan Quayle to its Board of Trustees.
“We are honored to welcome Vice President Quayle to Hudson Institute’s Board of Trustees,” said Hudson President and CEO John P. Throughout his career, he has advanced American interests and leadership at home and abroad, and we look forward to drawing on his counsel as we advance Hudson’s mission of promoting American leadership, security, and prosperity.”
“Dan Quayle’s distinguished record of public service and private-sector leadership makes him an excellent addition to Hudson’s Board of Trustees,” said Sarah Stern, chair of Hudson’s Board of Trustees. “His experience, integrity, and perspective will strengthen Hudson and be a tremendous asset to our mission.”
Vice President Quayle is chairman of Cerberus Global Investments and a member of the firm’s senior leadership team. He is the author of three books, including the New York Times bestseller Standing Firm: A Vice-Presidential Memoir, and serves on numerous corporate and charitable boards. Vice President Quayle is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
