Lucy Billingsley

Lucy Billingsley is a partner at Billingsley Company and a trustee at Hudson Institute.

Mrs. Billingsley designs, develops, and manages commercial real-estate, primarily in Dallas–Fort Worth. Billingsley Company specializes in developing office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties in master-planned communities. The company’s primary master-plan developments include Cypress Waters, International Business Park, Austin Ranch, and the Arts Plaza campus in Dallas’s arts district.

Mrs. Billingsley has been inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame, the Dallas Business Hall of Fame, and the NTCAR Hall of Fame. She was awarded the 2013 H. Neil Mallon Award by the World Affairs Council. 

Born and raised in Dallas, Mrs. Billingsley is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA in finance. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Henry, and has four children and eight grandchildren.
