Halina Manno

Halina Manno is director of finance and accounting at Hudson Institute. She was previously chief financial officer at the International Republican Institute (IRI), leading the organization’s finance, accounting, procurement, and grant administration. She has also managed human resources, accounting, information technology, and compliance at other organizations in Washington, DC, and in her native Buffalo, New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international economic policy and finance from American University.
