Though a cyber attack is ruled out by FAA in its newly released explanation for the aviation system meltdown that grounded air traffic nationwide last week, it does still represent a warning to the government as well as private industry. NTD spoke with Arthur Herman about how to keep the U.S. air sector secure. Herman is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute. His research programs analyze defense and technology issues.
