Join Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Rebeccah Heinrichs for a discussion with Congressman Mike Turner, ranking member of the Armed Services Subcommittee on Strategic Forces.

The United States faces two major power competitors in Russia and China, and both nations are investing significantly in their nuclear arsenals. In addition to major power threats, the United States faces challenges from rouge nations. The dynamic and complex threat environment requires the United States to examine how we think about strategic deterrence and ensure that we are appropriately adapting and investing in the right kinds of systems, in the right numbers, and at the right pace to preserve the peace and deter attacks against vital U.S. interests. Please join Rebeccah Heinrichs and Rep. Turner as they discuss these issues and what they mean for U.S. nuclear forces and missile defense programs.
