Vladimir Putin’s three-day war against Ukraine is entering its second year. Right now, Ukraine has the momentum after two successful counterattacks late last year in Kharkiv and Kherson, but Russia is finalizing a large-scale mobilization of fresh troops. Russia gets weaker as it digs deep into its stockpiles of older military hardware to use against Ukraine. Ukraine gets stronger as it receives more advanced military hardware from the West. The big question is whether Western military support for Ukraine is too-little-too-late, or if it will arrive just in time to turn the tide and make 2023 a year of victory. Join us to discuss what can be expected in 2023 and how the United States and its allies can continue their vital support for Ukraine.
