Heinrichs demonstrates how valuable the U.S. nuclear arsenal is to supporting our conventional forces around the globe and deterring adversaries like China and Russia. She also warns that our aging nuclear triad needs a continued bipartisan push for modernizing our weapons and delivery systems.
