The United States and China are economic, political, and military rivals, and the American government closely monitors its rivalry with China in East Asia and around the world. Increasingly, congressional hearings and administration actions focus on the threat from China.

Hudson is pleased to welcome US Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN) to discuss China’s challenges to America and the US-led world order. Roslyn Layton of China Tech Threat will introduce the session, then Senior Fellow Harold Furchtgott-Roth will moderate a discussion with Senator Hagerty.
