Henry R. Nau

Henry R. Nau is professor of political science at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, and author, among other books, of The Myth of America?s Decline (Oxford 1990) and At Home Abroad: Identity and Power in American Foreign Policy (Cornell 2002). He served in the Ford and Reagan administrations.
