Hudson Institute hosted a discussion on the regulatory challenges in the high-tech sector with Hudson Senior Fellow Irwin Stelzer. Recent efforts to regulate the privacy and competitive practices of high-tech firms have run into numerous issues as lawmakers seek to understand the best methods to regulate these companies.

Professor Stelzer considered the application of traditional antitrust tools by lawmakers to preserve competition in these high-tech industries. The conversation was moderated by Hudson's Harold Furchtgott-Roth.
