**This event will be livestreamed on this page at 3:45 p.m. EDT, Friday, July 24.**

Join Hudson Institute for a conversation with Assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation Christopher Ford and Hudson Senior Fellow Rebeccah L. Heinrichs on U.S. efforts to reform the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) in light of advances in unmanned aerial systems technology and how U.S. policy will meet this complex and evolving challenge.

Dr. Ford last spoke at Hudson in February 2019 to lay the foundation for how the U.S. might consider strategic changes to the MTCR. Since that discussion, the need for reform has only grown more important.
