Communications Policy and Looking to the Future: A Fireside Chat with FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell

FCC Commissioner McDowell has often noted that decreasing the burdens of onerous or unnecessary regulations increases investment, spurs innovation, accelerates competition, lowers prices, creates jobs and serves consumers. He has also expressed his view that the FCC should approach its statutory mission through a deregulatory lens, as Congress intended.
