Few allies have done more for Ukraine and the eastern front of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization than the United Kingdom. Dame Karen Pierce, the UK ambassador to the United States, will introduce a panel with Senior Fellows Peter Rough and Luke Coffey and the Atlantic Council’s Andrew Michta to discuss their new policy memo on Northern European security, “Geopolitical Changes in Northern Europe Require a Fresh Approach to the Region.”
