Biography
Yashar Parsie was a fellow in the Center for Russia and Europe at the United States Institute of Peace, a military legislative assistant in the United States Senate, and a researcher in the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University. He is part of the nuclear scholars initiative in the Project on Nuclear Issues at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
