On Israel Update, Michael Doran discusses how the Iran war is putting the American-led international order at risk. If the regime in Iran remains standing, it will have shown that the United States can no longer fulfill guarantees. Doran says that Trump fully understands this. This is not to say, however, that all the challenges can easily be overcome. He also discusses how Israel’s deep-state is reaching new levels of legal surrealism.
