Biography

Kristen Jakobsen Osenga is an Austin E. Owen Research Scholar and Professor of Law at the University of Richmond School of Law.  She teaches and writes in the areas of intellectual property, patent law, law and language, and legislation and regulation. Before entering academia in 2006, she clerked for Judge Richard Linn of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and she practiced patent law at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett, & Dunner LLP.
