Angélique Talmor is a visiting research fellow at Hudson Institute. Her research analyzes how to strengthen transatlantic economic cooperation, with a focus on strategic sectors and areas of economic vulnerability in light of heightened geopolitical risks and great power competition.
Ms. Talmor is a French-American Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School. She was previously a Charles Krauthammer journalism fellow at the Tikvah Fund, a public sector consultant at Capgemini, an analyst in the French Interior and Defense ministries, and a Hudson Institute Political Studies fellow. Her writings have been published in the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, and Mosaic Magazine. She received her BA, summa cum laude, in political science and French and francophone studies from the University of Florida, and her MA in international public management from Sciences Po.
