Biography

Angélique Talmor was a visiting research fellow at Hudson Institute. Her research analyzed how to strengthen transatlantic economic cooperation, with a focus on strategic sectors and areas of economic vulnerability in light of heightened geopolitical risks and great power competition.

Ms. Talmor is a French-American Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School. She was previously a Charles Krauthammer journalism fellow at the Tikvah Fund, a public sector consultant at Capgemini, an analyst in the French Interior and Defense ministries, and a Hudson Institute Political Studies fellow. Her writings have been published in the __Wall Street Journal__, __Newsweek__, and __Mosaic Magazine__. She received her BA, summa cum laude, in political science and French and francophone studies from the University of Florida, and her MA in international public management from Sciences Po.
