Paul Dibb

Paul Dibb is emeritus professor of strategic studies at the ANU’s College of Asia and the Pacific. He is a former deputy secretary of Defence, director of the Joint Intelligence Organisation and head of the National Assessments Staff for the National Intelligence Committee. On behalf of DFAT, he represents Australia at meetings of the ASEAN Regional Forum’s expert and eminent persons group.
